Crib Sightings

Six weeks ago, before we lowered the crib, every time I went to get Anderson I saw this:

Today, I entered his room, to find this:

The closer I got, the sillier his faces.

(Look closely and you can see two bottom teeth popping up!)

First pushing up in the crib, now sitting. Before I know it, he'll be standing waiting for me.
Seems only yesterday I would find him doing this:

Adorable! Why do they have to grow up so fast?

Remember how my kid is 2 weeks older than your kid, but seems 3 years younger!

I LOVE HIM!!!!!!!! What is he face doing? What is he thinking? He looks like he just ate something very sour.

He is so cute!! It is a tiny bit sad when they reach new milestones - I always want to hang on to the slightly younger version as it's slipping away.

I love Anderson's expressions!

Oh, that is very cute. I like Ming's comment. I'm pretty sure Anderson will be walking by the time we see you in a few weeks--and Joey's not walking yet.

Are you sure that Anderson and Stratton are the same age? Stratton crawling? Nope. Stratton getting teeth? Nope. Stratton's crib being lowered? Haven't even thought about it.

I guess I could have just said ditto to Mindy's comment.

It is the beginning of the end- I am still surprised when I go to get Danielle and it seems like she has been happily playing in her crib for a while. Way to go Anderson for being so fast. Now you can win that mommy contest :-)
